Not sure how I am supposed to leave a review on an order I still haven't received and it's been over 10 business days, still no shipping update. No luck getting answers from anyone regarding it, I guess that's your review.
What can I say? They were what I ordered at a very reasonable price.
Ordered 2 weeks ago and status still says "preparing to ship". Little to no communication from the seller. Will I actually ever receive these items?
Thought I was purchasing complete dresser elbow, but it was only nuts for elbow. Returned with a 25% restocking fee and $9.00 to ship back. It was a lost cause
As I paid for overnight delivery I received the Two fittings 10 days later and the fittings were rusted.
We searched for a very particular 2 in gate valve and thought we had found it at trupply.com. I called and was sent to on line sales, placed the order and waited. a few days later we were notified by email that the valve wasn't in their stock and to get it from Crane we would have to pay an additional $237 over the $121.00 already paid. Since we really needed this 2 inch GV we agreed and paid the added costs. The valve arrived today however it was a 1/4" Crane valve, not the 2 Inch we had ordered. Customer service claims that is what we asked for and that is what they sent. This company is not easy to work with and getting thru to them is very difficult as they prefer using email rather than phone calls. We are now out $350.00 + dollars and still don't have the correct size valve. We were told today that the 2 In is not available for at least 6 weeks and would now cost $421.00 + Shipping.. We will never work with this company ever again!

It wasnt fulfilled 12 days ago. I did not receive an order confirmation asking for ship date like requested. Order just supposed to be shipping today 12/18
UPS delivered this pkg to the wrong address, was obvious via the picture they provided. Per the UPS website they returned the pkg to you. I called and left a message and sent an email and have yet to hear back from you. This is now my third attempt to get what i purchased.
This is a great compression fitting, and worked very well, sealed nicely, no gas leaks. My only problem was that I was replacing three gas pipes that were very close together, and the large size of the fitting made it hard to turn the nuts once it was in place since the adjacent pipes were so close.
As of January 02 2025 never received my order yet
Looks like a good product, will know more on the weld when it's time.
I work on projects with short time frames and this order/ payment was extremely easy and parts were delivered quickly. Trupply is on my A list!
We ordered a 4" valve and were sent a 3" valve, i've emailed customer support and haven't heard anything back
